How do I place an order?

To place an order, click to the product that you want and click 'Add to Cart"

OR if you are using Google Pay please proceed to click on 'Buy with G Pay'

You can then click 'VIEW CART' or the cart icon on the top right of your screen (on desktop)  or, if you are on mobile at the top most of your screen.

From there, the webstore will ask for all relevant details which will need to be filled out in order and check out. That's it!

Once you have made the order we will send you an email link for your custom text input.

How long does it takes for my order to be processed ?

As each order is a carefully handmade custom order, it will take 14 working days* to be delivered to your doorstep. 

*Working days exclude Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays

BUT

If you need it within 8 working days to your doorstep, we highly recommend that you select -

'PRIORITY EXPRESS' (additional $10 only | U.P $35) during checkout - You will still get FREE Shipping!

SAVE TIME, SAVE MONEY and Get it SOONER than others! :)

What should I do if there is something wrong with my order?

If you have received the wrong item, or if something is missing from your order, we are sorry! Please email us straight away at hi@sparkzcustoms.com and someone from we will help resolve the problem for you as quickly as possible.

Do you have a shop?

Sparkz Customs is an online auto accessories retailer. This means that you can shop with us 24 hours a day from all over the world. We have requests to be stockists that carry our product in their stores. All stockists will be announced soon on this page.
