Error with Custom Text
It is customer's responsibility to check their order confirmation upon purchasing online via invoice sent to email.
If you opt for customisation an email will be sent to you and there will be no refund for wrong/typo text input by customer once form (link sent via email) has been submitted. (More details in the link once you have made the order)
All return enquiries are to be made within 3 days of receiving your items. Any enquiries after this date will not be accepted.
If for any reason, you are not happy with your order, Sparkz Customs is happy to offer a credit note for items purchased, providing that the product is in original condition without defects.
It is the customer’s responsibility to pay all delivery charges to return the item unless goods are deemed faulty.
Please be mindful when choosing your steering wheel covers as we do not offer refunds for change of mind or buyer's remorse, however, we will happily discuss the details of your return with you further via email at firstname.lastname@example.org

All Sparkz Customs Steering Wheels are handmade with love, thoroughly inspected and quality controlled before being sent out to their owners, to ensure our high-quality standards are adhered to.

Please note, that any steering wheel covers returned with mark, sweat, finger stains will not be accepted for a credit note.
Store Credits/Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the issued date.
All purchases on sale items are final. We do not accept returns or provide exchanges of any kind, on sale items - unless goods are deemed faulty.
